Dear students,

Happy New Year! We wish you a 2025 full of joy and success, both professional and personal. Good luck with any exams you will be taking during the exam session. Because of your engagement with POCS, this was the most rewarding edition of the course in recent memory, so thank you! It is your questions, comments, and overall contributions that make POCS a fun course to teach.

As you know, there is currently an official "evaluation approfondie" of POCS going on, which closes in 9 days. This is your opportunity to evaluate us, and the rating you give is then reviewed by the administration, and plays an important role in the future of the course (and in how we, the staff, are evaluated).

Unfortunately, only a third of the students in POCS have filled out this evaluation. The low response rate does not correspond to the level of engagement we witnessed during the semester, so we'd like to appeal to you to fill out this evaluation now. We're not sure where you need to click to do this, but it's probably through Moodle, and you probably got an email about it.

In addition to grading the course, please also use the comment field to let us know what worked well in POCS and what needs to change. Tell us which topics you loved and which topics you were "meh" about. This is very useful feedback for us, as we prepare the next edition of POCS.

Many thanks and all the best wishes,
George & Katerina

Dear students, we feel compelled to come back to you on the issue of the official évaluation approfondie for POCS... Barely 44% of you have submitted an answer! This is an embarrassingly low response rate, and I would like to ask that you please submit an evaluation of the course online. There are only a couple of days left to do so! It only takes you a few minutes, and it is important that the "grade" that SwEnt receives be statistically representative.

Thanks in advance, and best wishes for the exam session.
