This is a tutorial for using R Markdown and knitr for reproducible research. Work your way down to the 'Output Formats' step (or farther if other topics are interesting to you).
It will be good practice to write your final report using reproducible research principles!
Alternatively, you could work on your second group assignment start working on your individual project if you prefer.
