Here are just a few announcements after today's course:
- we will try translating lecture notes in English in a reasonable delay (in the meantime, please refer to Nielsen and Chuang's book).
- there will be 4 graded homeworks, namely hw 2, 4, 6, and 8 (i.e. once every two weeks); and for each homework, you will have one week to complete them.
