if I am not mistaken, it was announced that a Q&A session will take place prior to the exam. In order to better plan the next weeks (when to get back to Lausanne, conflicts with other Q&A sessions, ...) it would be perfect, if the date of that meeting could already be fixed. Do you already have a date in mind?
