Dear all,

As the deadline for the initial proposal submissions approaches, please note the following:

Proposal Submission due tonight @ 23:59!

Upload your proposal to a NEW thread on Loomio. Use the format [Team Name]: [Title of Your Proposed Solution] as the thread name.

Feedback on Other Proposals due Dec 5 @ 23:59

Each sub-team is required to review and provide feedback on all other teams' proposals. Each comment must be 300 words +/- 100.

Guidelines for Smaller Sub-Teams

Due to changes in sub-teams, the following adjustments have been made:

  • Sub-Teams with 1 member are expected to comment on 3 out of the 11 other proposals.
  • Sub-Teams with 2 members are expected to comment on 7 out of the 11 other proposals.
  • Sub-Teams with 3 or 4 members should continue to provide feedback on all other proposals.
Sub-Team composition:
It is important for us to stay updated on any changes within your teams. We have re-enabled editing of the CPS Teams Spreadsheet to help us reflect these changes. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Mark team members who have been unresponsive or have informed you of their course withdrawal in orange.
  • If a team member was initially assigned randomly (previously marked in red), and is now unresponsive or has dropped the course, you may also change their color to orange.
  • In cases where there has been a switch in team members, please update the spreadsheet accordingly. However, be mindful to not remove anyone from the spreadsheet. Removal should only occur if you're swapping positions with another team member (where that team member is shortly added back to the spreadsheet).
Presentations due Dec 7 @ 7:00am
  1. Presentations must be uploaded on Loomio and Moodle by the Dec 7 deadline. We will preload the presentations before both sessions.
Peer Evaluation:
  • This assignment concludes with a peer evaluation allowing each team member to evaluate their own contributions and the contributions of others.

Thank you,

CS-234 Team
