CPS - write-up clarification

Hello, it is said on the CPS sheet: "You may include one additional page (anywhere in the text that describes your proposed solution in detail)."

Does this just mean that we can use one more page if we need it ? Could you be a bit clearer on the use of that additional page ? I'm feeling a bit fooled by the syntax.

Is it compulsory ? The use of "may" indicates that no, but I prefer to be sure.

It also says "[...] includes: (1) the information that the sub-team collected and (2) an analysis/description of the information collected." What should (1) contain exactly ? a summary of the sources ? or just citing them ?

Depends on the type of information collected. If it’s a research paper, then yes you must cite. If it’s a poll you conduct yourselves, you must provide details about this poll.

Yes, you may have an additional page if you need it. It is not compulsory to use an additional page if the proposed solution is clearly described without this additional page.
