How will the grouping be decided ?

"Finally, based on the voting results, you will then form teams. We will provide a spreadsheet on November 15 by noon. Your team formations are due by November 16 at noon. Please use the project session if you would like meet with others before committing to a group."

Can we choose with whom we want to work with, or will it be decided depending on our vote ?

"At the end of the voting, you will have decided on the problems that everyone in the class is going to work on in the following weeks. We will announce the exact number of proposals that got selected (at least 3) shortly after the deadline for voting"

And will the subject on wich we will be working on be about one of the the problem of EPFL ?
If it is can we  choose wich one we want to work on or will it be imposed ?

Hello,

You will be able to choose who you want to work with and which problem but it will be on a first come, first serve basis via a Google Spreadsheet released around November 15 @ 12:00 as an announcement. The available problems to work on is imposed by the results of the poll. In the same spreadsheet, you will also choose your presentation slot on December 7/8 (again on a first come, first serve basis). On November 16 @ 12:00 (the due date/time), we ensure that everyone is assigned to a team and that the teams are balanced, which may lead to moving people around. We finish this check by around November 16 @ 23:59 and then the teams are finalized and you may start the project.

These are the most important details and more details will be released when we release Part 2&3 of the HW #3 assignment shortly.
