Dear students,
welcome to our CS-431 Intro to NLP course!
The first lecture will be given "the normal way", this Wednesday 8:15-10:00am in room SG 0231 by Martin.
For those who cannot attend, it'll be also broadcasted on our Zoom channel (but, class attendance is, of course, highly recommended!).
Its slides will be available on our companion website.
Then a practical session will take place, 10:15am-12:00(pm), in the same room.
Then, for
the following weeks up to week 9 (included), the teaching format will be
"flipped classrooms". The main content is already available from our MediaSpace channel and shall be watched before the corresponding in-class complementary sessions.
However, "motivating"/revision sessions will take place; and there again class attendance is highly recommended!

Notice also that this Fall 2025 semester will be the last semester this course will be offered.
