The assignment to various teams and sub-teams has been done. Some teams have two sub-teams and it is fine (the number of sources will be 4 such teams). You can check the team assignment here.
You can start with the information gathering for your proposals. Before doing so, we strongly advise you to go through the handout carefully. The deadline for this phase is Dec 2 @23:59.
