Animal tokens are assigned to your Sepolia ETH address by invoking the quadratic voting smart contract; nothing was sent to your Sepolia ETH address. If you are interested, you can see all transactions invoking the smart contract https://sepolia.etherscan.io/address/0xc9e6ab26ad3d36049af5204e6402632c89a4bea4 (since Sepolia ETH runs on a public blockchain).
