It seems that the IBM quantum lab refuses to wake up... While some of you have probably gone for a local installation (in which case you are very welcome to submit your homework by tonight, as initially planned), we decided to extended the deadline for Hw 4 by two days (so the new deadline is Thursday at 23:59), hoping that the issue will be resolved soon.
