- Did you choose appropriate methods for the problem?
- Is your implementation correct?
- Are your assumptions reasonable?

- Are your experimental results robust?
- How does your method compare with other baselines?
- What settings in your experiment influence the results?

Analysis: Quality of result analysis: repeated experiments, statistical data, comparisons, etc.
- Do you understand your results?
- What is the reason for the shape in the plot, or the high/low numbers in the table?
- What can be improved given this insight?

Presentation: Clarity of presentation.
- Is your story clear and structured?
- Are figures readable and well-labeled?
- Are axis equal when comparing figures (or merged for clarity)?
- Can someone understand your project quickly?
