This course equips students with decision-aid methodologies for transportation and distribution network design, emphasizing mathematical modeling, optimization, and urban logistics applications. Through progressive learning of facility location (FLP), vehicle routing (VRP), multi-tier networks, capacity planning, uncertainty modeling, and resilience analysis, students master Gurobi/Python optimization tools.
