Hello,
I am not sure precisely what you want us to screenshot based on : "Submit a screenshot with the content associated with the “Approved” header."
Should it be simply the approved message posted on the forum or a screenshot where we can see the header?

I am also stuck at this question. I expected to see some header contaning "Approved" in the header, but there doesn't seem to be any

I don't know if that's what we're meant to do but on the message, click on "more" > "customize..." > "show all headers"
