I have uploaded comments for late reports (any topic), under the late reports submission slot. Each report comments are 2 pages. If you have submitted a late report and don't find your comments, please email me - I could have missed your report.
If you do not have to re-do your report, please do NOT re-submit it in the final reports.
Also one clarification: for those who received a 5 or more on the preliminary report, I rounded your note to 6 (so you don't need to re-do your report). This same policy DOES NOT APPLY to the final report. That is, a 5 is a 5 (not a 6). The reason for this is that for the final report you will have had the benefit of my comments to make improvements. This is qualitatively different from a first submission of high quality without benefit of my comments.
The final (final) report submission date is now 13 July 23.59 (ie, any time on that day).
