I have placed a file size limit for reports of 2 Mb. If your report is over the size limit, it is most likely due to incorporation of large graphics files (especially if you are doing a GWAS).
You can reduce the size of graphics files by saving them as jpeg files, possibly with some reduced resolution if necessary - see in particular the quality argument of the jpeg() function (see ?jpeg in R).
If you try all the tricks and still end up with a report file that is too large, please contact me so that we can figure out a solution.
