hello everyone - this message concerns ONLY those of you who have chosen to carry out a GWAS.
You still need to send me an email selecting GWAS as your topic, but you do NOT need to wait for me to send a data set - all the necessary files are available on moodle in the GWAS week (next week I think).
Thus, you can already start working on your analysis as soon as you would like. You need to follow one of the two tutorials: one uses an additive (linear) model for a continuous trait, the other does logistic regression for a binary trait. Neither is 'perfect' (in my opinion), but each saves a lot of coding headaches :).....
You do not need to tell me which tutorial you are following, I will be able to figure it out from your report.
